Welcome: What I’ll Share Here About Web3, Startups, and Building in Blockchain

    ·2 min read

    Hello—and welcome.

I’m Alex Meleshko. I’m 34, and I’ve been building businesses in software for most of my life. Today I run a blockchain development services company, and over the years my team and I have launched more than 50 crypto projects for clients.

    Why I’m starting this blog

I’m creating this space to share experience, observations, and the practical side of doing business in IT—especially in blockchain and Web3. If you’re building a product, running a services company, or exploring crypto markets, you’ll probably recognize a lot of the situations I write about.

    Here’s what you can expect:

    • Real-world stories from the day-to-day life of a services company
    • Startups and client work: what works, what fails, and why
    • Marketing for Web3, including positioning, go-to-market, and growth lessons
    • Cases and breakdowns from projects we’ve shipped
    • Thoughts on business in tech, from operations to strategy

    My background (quick version)

    • 15 years in IT
    • 6 years in blockchain
    • SEO & internet marketing experience, including a case where I grew my own informational sites to ~1M monthly visits through organic traffic
    • Development experience: JavaScript, React, Node.js, Solidity—and I still occasionally write EVM smart contracts
    • Also: the invaluable experience of failed businesses and startups, including attempts backed by venture and private investment

    Let’s connect

I’m open to discussion and collaboration. If what I write resonates with you—reach out, share your perspective, or propose something we can build together.

Personal note: I’ll keep this blog honest and practical. No hype—just what I’m seeing and learning while building.
