Vibe-coding: On-the-fly Automation with AI

In a world where messaging and social media communication have become commonplace, it can be challenging to discern who is actually on the other side of the screen. This is particularly true for those working in the Web3 and blockchain space. Every day, we encounter a multitude of messages, and not all of them deserve our attention.

The Problem with Professional Communication

Platforms like freelance marketplaces and LinkedIn are literally overflowing with proposals and requests, which can be either useful or completely irrelevant. I've long been tired of messages where it's impossible to determine who is writing: a potential client, a service provider, a data harvester, or just another scammer.

AI to the Rescue

This is where artificial intelligence comes to the rescue. In just one day, I created a Chrome extension capable of analyzing conversations on LinkedIn and other platforms. It quickly provides an initial assessment of messages, allowing you to understand:

  • whether it's worth opening the dialogue at all;
  • whether the message looks like a scam;
  • whether there are signs of data harvesting;
  • whether the person is a potential client or service provider;
  • whether it's worth spending time responding;
  • what question to ask to quickly test the person.

The Usefulness of AI Analysis

The most useful feature is not just determining "scam / not scam," but preparing responses that help quickly reveal the true intentions of the interlocutor. If the person is genuine and their request is worth attention, you can continue the dialogue. If the story is murky, it's better not to waste time on it.

Advantages of Vibe-coding

One of the key advantages of vibe-coding is the ability to create internal tools in the shortest possible time. You don't wait months for someone to develop a solution for you. Instead, you see a problem in your work, sit down, and within a day, create a tool that solves this problem.

Previously, such minor automations were often postponed due to lack of time. Now they can be implemented right in the course of work thanks to AI coding, which is no longer limited to just websites and MVPs. It's a way to quickly address your daily business pains.
